The octave-pkg-dev has been superseded by dh-octave and will be soon 
deprecated.  Please, find attached to this bug report a patch for 
updating the psychtoolbox-3 source package, accordingly.


I am hereby changing the severity of this bug report to "important", 
since I plan to request the removal of the octave-pkg-dev from testing 
and unstable very soon.


If nobody objects, I will upload to unstable version 
3.0.14.20170103+git6-g605ff5c.dfsg1-1.1 with the fix that I proposed in 
the patch.
