No. not supported in dpkg, and there is no Debian port planned.  Please build it
using it's own source packages.

Dear Maintainer,

cross compiling for boards using a 32bit RISC-V processor (like
AndesCore NX25) requires a corresponding compiler.

We already build a gcc cross compiler for 64bit RISC-V. Please, add a
32bit cross compiler too.
