Package: qemu-system-arm Version: 2.12+dfsg-1+b1 Both qemu-system-aarch64 and qemu-user-static can't run python3.6 binaries in virtual machines (or bin-fmt's chroots), causing the binaries to segfault. This is particularly painful because lots of build-deps depend on python3-minimal which has been bumped to 3.6-minimal in sid. I tested same python3.6 packages in real arm64 hardware (ThunderX) and they worked fine. I backported latest qemu into debian sid and latest commit (e609fa71e8) works ok, python3 binaries don't segfault neither in fully emulated guests nor in containers running qemu-user-static.
