I don't think so, sorry. The linphone stack consists of ~10 source
packages. Some of the libraries have been moved from one source package
to another. The transition was not straight-forward for Buster and I
don't intend to do this for stretch-backports.

If someone else wants to do this, be my guest.

Could you at least provide 3.12 for stretch-backports?
