Hi I still use it so I can do some limited tests if necessary. But I only use stable so it must be installable on stable in that case. Ola, if a more qualified maintainer doesn't volunteer, how does the following sound as a worst-case scenario: Adopt php-elisp under Debian Emacsen team maintenance and give you permission to commit to the salsa project, set you as the primary uploader, and myself as another uploader.
