Let's keep this package from migrating to testing until this issue is fixed. See the GNOME bug for more details. I uploaded this with meson now because I forgot that the bug only affected i386 (I only checked the amd64 autopkgtest this time before uploading), and because pango in git master has dropped autotools support so there is pressure for us to be ready for meson.
