But I don't think overlay should be default, since it's an advanced usage.

If you want to enable overlay feature, simply drop following line to
`/etc/systemd/system/anbox-container-manager.service.d/override.conf`

ExecStart=/usr/bin/anbox container-manager --daemon --privileged 
--data-path=/var/lib/anbox --use-rootfs-overlay
```
