The package description is: libopkele is a C++ implementation of an OpenID decentralized identity system. It provides OpenID protocol handling, leaving authentication and user interaction to the implementor. The only use of this package is by libapache2-mod-auth-openid. And upstream is no longer active. Thus, I stop maintaining. --
