Bug#920230: capnproto: executable installed in directory which breaks rdeps
control: severity -1 serious Hello, looks like the cmake build system works, while the automake doesn't (see the mir github issue). The cmake switch might probably need some tweaks in libraries naming, but nothing unfeasible. an hacky patch has been uploaded in Ubuntu http://launchpadlibrarian.net/408213615/capnproto_0.7.0-1_0.7.0-1ubuntu1.diff.gz G.
Bug#920230: capnproto: executable installed in directory which breaks rdeps
Package: capnproto Version: 0.7.0-1 Dear Maintainer, I am currently packaging Mir for Debian, and I am getting the following error on build, which is caused by your package: Scanning dependencies of target mirudev Scanning dependencies of target mircookie /bin/sh: 1: /usr/lib/bin/capnp: not found This is only present following the upload of 0.7.0-1 to Sid. Could you consider installing this in /usr/bin/ instead? More information is available here: https://github.com/MirServer/mir/issues/680 Thanks. -- Simon Quigley tsimo...@debian.org tsimonq2 on freenode and OFTC 5C7A BEA2 0F86 3045 9CC8 C8B5 E27F 2CF8 458C 2FA4 signature.asc Description: OpenPGP digital signature
