After being RFA for some time, codelite is now orphaned: see #852312. It still provides version 10.0, while the upstream version is 12.0. I've updated the package to 12.0 and made other minor fixes. This is a request for a review and upload of the update. The amended package builds and works, and is lintian-clean apart from the warning: orphaned-package-not-maintained-in-debian-infrastructure.
