You can't remove a bug, only close it.
To close a bug, mail -cl...@bugs.debian.org, i.e.
924699-cl...@bugs.debian.org.

However, if you think there is a issue (from your description, I bet
something related to pam), please reassign it to an appropriate package.
For an initial debug, I'd reassign it to util-linux.
