Thank you! One more thing, related to QIIME 2. I have found recently that qiime2 and q2cli are just frameworks for plugins [1][2] that do the real job. I am fine with packaging all of them but in my case, it will not be very soon. Are we in a big hurry to finish everything related to QIIME 2?
