Please find herewith enclosed the output of `dmesg` which shows the device booting up in a bad state and at the end after unplugging/plugging it back several times to try to see if the issue was reproducible that way, and not only during a (re)boot.
Note that, AFAIK, this issue appears only on (re)boot.
