Package: chrony
Version: 3.0-4+deb9u2
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
Installing Raspian via NOOBS, updating to latest packages.
     Install gpsd, chrony.
     Configure chrony.
Try to start chrony using "systemctl start chrony"

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
Tried to get rid of systemd-tty-ask-password-agent. But this did not help
in any way.

   * What was the outcome of this action?
     chronyd is started.
"systemctl start chrony" waits until it times out on waiting for
"/bin/systemd-tty-ask-password-agent --watch" to finish.
chronyd is shut down by systemctl.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
chronyd started by "systemctl start chrony".
