For directories that have many subdirectories and many files, in the
ncdu progress dialog the total items count can encroach on and almost
overlap the total size count:
Total items: 20161797size: 123.4 GiB
I would expect that the code should instead always insert at least one
space between items and size but it seems like the location of the size
item is hard-coded:
