Package: dh-runit
Version: 2.8.13.2
Severity: wishlist
Hi,
I recently try to add a runscript to openssh-server but it look
that dh-runit added a dependency on runit-helper also to
openssh-client.
See https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=935937
and https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=935936
My bad, I didn't realise that before sending the patch; next time
i will pay more attention and use a fix like in
https://salsa.debian.org/ssh-team/openssh/commit/e4d758fc1d3ee62f8aa1ee47ecb52128176cdd6d
but i wonder if dh-runit code can limit the dependency of runit-helper only to
the package that really ships the runscript
Thanks,
Lorenzo
