as part of this effort, during tomorrow US daytime i'll likely upload
a NMU to drop the -doc packages (this package already has a RM bug
opened): this will help reducing the number of reverse-dependencies of
python-sphinx, so that we can remove that package and upgrade
src:sphinx in unstable to a more recent version (which is now
python3-only).
