Tails Installer will be removed from Debian by the end of the year.
i.e. let's not bother with this for Debian. However, as we will continue
to ship the package in Tails for cloning Tails devices, it might be
relevant there.

Python2 becomes end-of-live upstream, and Debian aims to remove
Python2 from the distribution, as discussed in
