Dear Maintainer,
Please see https://github.com/ytdl-org/youtube-dl/issues/23256 . This
seems to be an issue with python2. Maybe you can get an updated build
as well as solve the issue so it picks or uses python3.8 instead of
python2.7 as it currently does.
