retitle 947941 Bugs fixed in upstream 2.21.99* dev releases severity 947941 wishlist thanks On Wed, 8 Jan 2020, Unit 193 wrote: There seems to be a few bugs that will be fixed, SNI support for one. If you have a list of bugs matched to the associated upstream changelog entries, I wouldn't mind having those though. :) Based on looking at commit logs, I think ... #882424 fixed by 0ef0caf #706279 may be fixed already based on Eduardo's post in that bug #934439 fixed by c83adef (and probably others) #450411 ... #450412 ... #503931 ... these three _might_ be fixed, or at least improved/mitigated #886370 fixed by 6413ad3 (deb bug specifically noted in the commit msg) #813615 fixed by 46320c8 (I think?) There's quite a few TLS fixes in general, might be good to ask folks to re-test if e.g. one of the dev tags were uploaded to experimental. There may be more that aren't obvious from comparing bug titles to commit logs, of course. -- -- Matt "Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away". -- Philip K. From a cursory examination of the log, I see several commits that look like they would fix open bugs in Debian. There seems to be a few bugs that will be fixed, SNI support for one. If you have a list of bugs matched to the associated upstream changelog entries, I wouldn't mind having those though. :) I'll follow up with that :)

Howdy, It seems upstream has moved again, now to https://repo.or.cz/alpine.git That's not a new home, that's just where the git repository lives. The current home is still http://alpine.x10host.com/alpine/ There is active development there from Eduadro, including two tagged releases since what's in Debian currently (though from the numbering and the contents of the pine.hlp file in the repo, these may be intended as rc/pre-releases). Yes, as you can see on the release[1] page[2], Debian has the current released version and the only available releases are development builds. It looks like from the mailing list there will be a release later this month though[3].
