Thanks for confirming.

Yes, Please. If it is a host crash, you'd want to file it to the kernel
team. Please do add me to CC.

Can you please elaborate more ? You can simply install a newer version
of a package from a different Debian Suite by enabling the suite in the
apt configuration.

But please keep in mind to set the proper (higher) pinning for your
default suite.

See below link for pointers:

2020-01-20 Thread Kumar Ranjan
Hi Ritesh,
Thank you for providing the suggestion.

I installed the packages from buster, and see the multipath working. However,
the host crashes when I perform any failover, looks to be issue with nvme-rdma
package.
Will report another bug to chase that.

Below are the files that I installed :
# ls -l
total 936
-rw-r--r-- 1 hgst hgst 330728 Jan 16 04:41 libsystemd0_241-7_deb10u2_amd64.deb
-rw-r--r-- 1 hgst hgst 325328 Jan 16 04:41
libtinfo6_6.1+20181013-2+deb10u2_amd64.deb
-rw-r--r-- 1 hgst hgst 295836 Jan 16 04:41 multipath-tools_0.7.9-3_amd64.deb

Is there a way that I can install multipath-tools with dependencies sorted out
? local yum ?
