While I've fixed prepare_missing_cran_package in Git to enable fetching
tximportData and I'm a big fan of packaging also test-depends its just
0.5GB compressed data and from my point of view a bit much.  If you
(Steffen since you are Uploader or Dylan since you did the last update)
agree please simply exclude the tests that are requiring these additional
data (or throw ENOTIME error to let me do this).

Since the upload of r-bioc-tximport 1.14.0+dfsg-1, it has been failing its
own autopkgtests [1].
