the problem was solved recompiling the kernel with CONFIG_IDE option 
disabled.

First of all, on that picture there's no first line of the OOPs
which is the most significant, unfortunately.
You can capture it as text using serial console, eg:

 -append ".. console=ttyS0" -serial file:/some/where/file

And for the most important, I can't reproduce it using Debian
kernel in experimental (5.5.0-rc5-amd64 aka 5.5~rc5-1~exp1) -
the only available 5.5 kernel on Debian so far.

So you might want to provide some instructions on how to reproduce
the issue. Also it might be helpful for you to figure out where it
fails, what it tries to do at this time (eg loading modules or applies
CPU firmware update).
