Please consider dropping the "| dh-systemd" alternative Build-Depends in one of
your next uploads. It is no longer required (not even for backports) and is
only confusing.
I believe it is still required for backports to Ubuntu xenial, but
luckily that is going away soon.
xenial-backports provides a recent enough debhelper [1]. And since this
is only a build dependency, I think it's fine to just pull debhelper
from there.
