No, can't do this. python3-pkg-resources installs into the Python version
independent /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages, while python3-lib2to3 installs into
the /usr/lib/python3.X directories. However, I'll add the :any qualifiers.

Hi,

python3-lib2to3 currently depends on just python3.
As python3-lib2to3 is Multi-Arch=foreign, it probably
should depend on python3:any.

For example python3-pkg-resources already does exactly
this.
