Its only reverse dependency diaspora now embeds rails 5 and the test 
failures during build is ignored and autopkgtest is disabled in 
1.1.0-4. I will keep the bug open in case someone is interested to fix 
the rails 6 support. Alternatively, if diaspora switches to another gem 
like premailer-rails we could remove this package.
