As seen in Britney testing migration excuses [1], this package needs another source-only upload to be able to migrate to Testing. Please consider making another upload. Besides, it seems that the python team has shifted its plan and allow packages that depends on python2 to stay in Debian 11 but any package that (build- )depends on /usr/bin/python will have to be eliminated or migrated to use /usr/bin/python2.
