Confirmed, mshr.UnitSphereMesh has completely lost the plot on i386,
can't even complete mshr.UnitSphereMesh(4).

That is a sad and sorry state for mshr.  But mshr itself is deprecated
(not actively maintained, upstream generally recommends a combination
of gmsh and meshio), so not really worth putting the resources in to
get to the bottom of the stall in mshr.UnitSphereMesh on i386.

All other arches run mshr.UnitSphereMesh fine (even armhf), and all
other tests and demos pass fine.

Recommended workaround for i386 users who want a UnitSphereMesh is to
use a deathstar instead.

For debci, I'll just skip test-meshes on i386.

Dear maintainer,

Your package has an autopkgtest, great! However, it fails due to timeout
on i386. Can you please investigate and fix the situation?

To avoid needlessly stress our infrastructure, I'll block this
package on i386 until this bug is fixed.
