qemu-debootstrap in vmdb2 yaml runs /usr/sbin/qemu-debootstrap, which is included in "qemu-user-static" Debian package. So vmdb2 should depend/recommend qemu-user-static. On the other hand, vmdb2 depends on qemu-utils, which seems unnecessary to me.
