They have been cleared from the NEW queue. Do you consider it a
transition or not?

Hi,

Skarnet.org softwares just released a new version today...

I have packaged three of them, which are skalibs, execline and s6.

They both have SO bump this time. There's no reverse depend except for
themselves.

I have uploaded them to experimental, and still wait for the NEW queue.
Can this be warranted for the "Soft Freeze" deadline as no other
packages are involved.
