Not sure if that's trio issue but after installing newer version from pip to get it running, umounting gets stuck at
2021-03-08 17:41:16.739 2857 DEBUG MainThread s3ql.umount.blocking_umount: Flushing cache... And only thing that helps is kill -9 of mount process and fixing it with fsck.
