sigh. he actually died of Covid19. Could you please try to make sure for future
deaths that you maybe choose a different wording? (no idea how to accomplish
this in practice, but maybe you have one?)
 
(and no offense or anything taken. rather, thanks for doing the MIA job. just 
pointing this out, as others in other circumstances could be offended or hurt
to receive such a mail.)

Rogério Brito  has retired, so can't work on
the vrms package anymore (at least with this address).

We are tracking their status in the MIA team and would like to ask you
to remove them from the Uploaders list of the package so we can close
that part of the file.

(If the person is listed as Maintainer, what we are asking is to please
step in as a new maintainer.)
