After giving it a look I agree with you. I will ask ftpmaster for reject
so as to fix the names.

what's the reason for the double 'python' in the source name? given
there's no `src:python-docx` this should be fixed right away same goes
for the binary name, given the module is docx, it should be
python3-docx, as the python policy mandates

python-docx is a dependency of FinalCif which would be nice to have in
