Package: certbot Version: 1.18.0-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
Thank you very much for generously sharing your time and skill. It's not a crisis, but I humbly suggest improving a certain error message to lead users to faster fixes. When I do root$ certbot certonly --apache --manual --dry-run certbot complains with Saving debug log to /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log Too many flags setting configurators/installers/authenticators 'apache' -> 'manual' Ask for help or search for solutions at https://community.letsencrypt.org. See the logfile /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log or re-run Certbot with -v for more details. The fix appears to be root$ certbot certonly -i apache -a manual --dry-run Maybe certbot's error message could be improved from Too many flags setting configurators/installers/authenticators 'apache' -> 'manual' to something more helpful like Try rep[acing "--apache --manual" with "-i apache -a manual". So it is said. So it is done. Reporting bugs may be fun, but thanking maintainers is number one!
