Bug#99870: dpkg: Hits me when installing fglx-driver...
Hello, On Thu, Mar 23, 2006 at 12:20:35PM +0100, Jürgen A. Erhard wrote: Wasn't there a pretty simple patch for this somewhere? Maybe you're thinking about the patch for #102144, also fixing an Invalid cross-device link error (in dpkg-divert). I don't think it is the same issue. (First, #102144 is about dpkg-divert, not update-alternative; second update-alternative already use rename_mv). Anyway, I'm willing to write a patch for this bug, and I'm looking for a package to reproduce it. You mentioned fglx-driver, but I can't find this package. Can you send a pointer to its source? Probably because dpkg has a huge amount of bugs, 500+- right now. And priorities vary from developer to developer. Patches welcome though. regards, guillem -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe. Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
