scrape-schema-recipe fails to build from source in a clean minimal build environment. It appears to have a test dependency on python3-extruct. The package builds when I add that package name to the list of Build-Depends. You may also need to adjust the Depends to ensure the resulting package has everything it needs to work. By the way, extruct will need a source-only upload to be able to migrate to Testing. Although, extruct depends on python-pyrdfa which is not in Testing because it no longer is successfully buildable.
