Bug#330214: kernel-image-2.6.8-2-686: kernel panic when using QUEUE target with iptables
Package: kernel-image-2.6.8-2-686 Severity: critical Justification: breaks unrelated software Our userspace software uses QUEUE target with iptables. We have reports from our customers that their debian systems are chrashing (with panics). With other distrubutions we have detected similar behaviour and it is fixed by applying the patch from https://lists.netfilter.org/pipermail/netfilter-devel/2005-July/020513.html This is a known problem in vanilla kernel and is already fixed. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.8-2-386 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe. Thanks, I will look into gettting that into the next 2.6.8 release. -- Horms
