Apart of waiting for the dependencies... Do I need to tighten the

you need to build-depend on the first libsigc++-2.0-dev version, which
depends on the renamed libsigc++ library. maybe do the same for the
libnet6-1.1-dev dependency on libsigc++-2.0-dev.
