I would like to specify this bug as normal but it makes unrelated
software on the system break.
The -restart, -unthrottle, -deactivate, -throttle option to
xscreensaver-command produce:
xscreensaver-command: no response to command
and xscreensaver is not restarting. Other commands work.
This break parts of acpi-support.
