Bug#513873: sagemath: FTBFS on amd64

Hi Ben,

It appears that the package did build on amd64 on the Debian buildd 
system:


http://buildd.debian.org/build.php?pkg=sagemathver=3.0.5dfsg-1arch=amd64

I guess this means that the amd64 buildd machines have time installed.

I'll add the missing build dependency on my next upload, probably this 
weekend (it's probably also a missing runtime dependency ...).
