You're right. Thanks for the hints.

If you upload 2:1.4.1-2 before my NMU hits the archive, my NMU will
automatically be rejected. No harm done.
If you take more time to upload your package, my NMU will make it
possible to rebuild the reverse dependencies so packages in unstable are
installable again.

Apparently you are ok with the technical solution for the fix, so I see
no harm in letting the NMU just proceed?

Cheers,
Michael

sorry for not replying earlier. I'll try to upload a fixed package
tomorrow myself. Please cancel the NMU. Reason is that I invented
another RC bug with 2:1.4.1-1 and would like to fix that one with the
upload as well. It needs some testing first though.

Thanks for the patch, it's much better than my fix in the SVN
repository. I'll use it.

tags 659182 + patch pending
thanks

Hi,

as I haven't gotten a reply so far and seen no updates in the pkg svn,
I've prepared a fix and uploaded to DELAYED/2. debdiff is attached.

Please consider applying this patch in your next upload.

If I should delay or cancel the NMU, please let me know.

Cheers,
Michael
