FWIW -- I am also running courier-imap from squeeze (4.8.0-3) with
 libgamin0 0.1.10-4.1 -- and haven't had any problems

FWIW: I've installed libgamin0 on a wheezy system last Friday and
haven't heard any user complaints yet.

So, closing this bug with 0.1.10-4.1 also sounds reasonable to me.

Because of the fix I can guess that your issue might have been fixed as
well. Is there a chance, Benny, you could give libgamin0 0.1.10-4.1
(available in wheezy and sid) a try and report back either it has fixed
 this issue for you?

Any news on that?
