Bug#756737: lintian4python: uninstallable: Depends: lintian (< 2.5.23~) but 2.5.25 is to be installed
Control: tags -1 - help * Jakub Wilk , 2014-08-01, 10:28: $ lintian4py lintian4python_0.28.1_all.deb internal error: There are missing nodes on the resolver: coll-index at /usr/bin/lintian line 1140. Apparently it means: there's no collection named “index”. From the Lintian changelog: | * checks/*.desc: | + [NT] Replaced "index" with "unpacked" in Needs-Info. I suppose we have to do the same in lintian4python. -- Jakub Wilk -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-rc-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Unfortunately, just bumping the dependency is not sufficient: $ lintian4py lintian4python_0.28.1_all.deb internal error: There are missing nodes on the resolver: coll-index at /usr/bin/lintian line 1140. I saw errors like this in the past, and I even used to know how to fix them, but I forgot. :-( -- Jakub Wilk -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-rc-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
