I'm sorry, but it's too late for that (deadline was Jan 5th).

Looks like the package is not actively maintained (last upload of
version 2.3.16 in June 2015, current upstream is 2.3.18 from06/20/2016)

Hi,

Do you think fusioninventory will made its way to stretch ?

The freeze is here, I see no package in testing, but only this bug is 
blocking. In my lab, we are using fusioninventory a lot on Debian, so I 
am very interesting to have it for the next stable version.
