Hi Nicholas, if you bump gromacs to 5.1, please add the following patch <http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/votca-csg.git/tree/votca-csg-1.2.4-gmx51.patch> to votca-csg-1.2.4
votca-csg-1.3 is on the way, but with the switch from google code to github things got delayed a little bit.
