Hi,

todays upgrade failed due to a file conflict between libosinfo-1.0-0 and
libosinfo-db.

Seems the Replaces/Breaks in a9a31e7f50e6b2b45152ffb623b4785c0636b1c4
was added to the wrong package (libosinfo-bin) whereas it should have
been libosinfo-db.

Trivial patch attached.
