For me it is exactly the same problem as for the other two.
This is Debian 9.9 amd64.

Could possibly look somebody into it again?
I'd willing to test everything.

I use linphone on stretch as my one and only telephone.
So far, I did not encounter this problem.
I suggest to downgrade this issue to "important",
because it seems to affect only few users.
