This package FTBFS in sid (plain dpkg-buildpackage) with these test
failures (which are different from the ones in #906399, but the same as
the ones in reproducible-builds).
This bug was found during statsmodels 0.9 transition testing, but also
occurs with current (0.8) statsmodels.
As this is a Python 2 only package (in Debian, I didn't check upstream),
it may make sense to remove it rather than try to fix this.
