Hi Guy,

as you can read in the bug report[1] against exonerate and biobambam2
there is a name space conflict between these two packages and thus the
Debian packages can not be installed simultaneously.  I have reported
that issue to biobambam2[2] to enable some educated decision between you
two parties what might be the best solution to solve the name space
conflict.

Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install
because it tries to overwrite other packages files.
