Hi Lucas,

Thanks for this bug report! Took me a little bit to troubleshoot but I
traced it to a version incompatibility with some libraries and a known
container issue with Bazel 3.4.0. The libraries are in sync now and I'm
preparing to upload a new upstream version of Bazel that will fix the
timeout issue that was causing it to fail rebuild. Thanks again!
